That it BE NOTED that the 3rd Report of the London Housing Advisory Committee, from its meeting held on February 8, 2017, was received.

Housing Mediation Service Annual Report - G. Matthews

 

That discussion with respect to the Housing Mediation Service Annual Report BE DEFERRED to the next meeting of the London Housing Advisory Committee; it being noted that the Housing Mediation Service Annual Report for the period September 1, 2015 to August 31, 2016, was received and is available for review in the City Clerk’s office.

Letter of Resignation - D. Collens

 

That it BE NOTED that a communication dated March 15, 2017, from D. Collens with respect to his resignation from the London Housing Advisory Committee, was received.

7.

Cooperative Housing for Seniors - Discussion

 

That an invitation BE EXTENDED to Shelley Raymond, President of Solterra Co-Housing, Port Carling, to provide information to the London Housing Advisory Committee (LHAC) with respect to co-housing; it being noted that the LHAC held a general discussion with respect to co-housing, new and innovative options for providing non-traditional approaches for affordable housing.

 

8.

Secondary Dwelling Units - G. Barrett

 

That it BE NOTED that the London Housing Advisory Committee (LHAC) deferred discussion with respect to the secondary dwellings to the May meeting of the LHAC; it being noted that the attached presentation, a Notice dated April 5, 2017 and a staff report dated February 6, 2017 with respect to this matter, were received.
