A by-law to approve the Contribution Agreement with Canada for the purpose of installing Electric Vehicle charging infrastructure owned by The Corporation of the City of London for use for Fleet vehicles; and to authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to act on behalf the City of London and execute the Agreement. A by-law to authorize the City Treasurer to approve the Internal Audit Services Agreement between The Corporation of the City of London and MNP LLP and to authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Agreement. (5.1d/4/AC)
