That it BE NOTED that the 5th Report of the Advisory Committee on the Environment from its meeting held on April 6, 2016, was received.

That it BE NOTED that the 4th Report of the Transportation Advisory Committee from its meeting held on April 5, 2016, was received.

That it BE NOTED that the 4th Report of the Trees and Forests Advisory Committee from its meeting held on March 23, 2016, was received.

Municipal Council Resolution - Appointments to the Advisory Committee on the Environment

 

That it BE NOTED that the Municipal Council resolution from its session held on April 5, 2016, with respect to the appointment of T. Stoiber and D. Pavletic to the Advisory Committee on the Environment for the term ending February 28, 2019, was received.

That it BE NOTED that a communication from G. Sass, with respect to the Urban Agriculture Conference entitled "Urban Agriculture: London's Food Future", was reviewed and received.

That it BE NOTED that a communication from G. Sass, with respect to “Earthships Have Landed” relating to ecofriendly housing, was received.

Education/Outreach Joint Meeting of Advisory Committees

 

That it BE NOTED that a communication dated April 25, 2016, from A. Stratton and S. Ratz, Advisory Committee on the Environment, with respect to an education outreach joint meeting of advisory committees, was received.

Storm Fisher Tour

 

That it BE NOTED that J. Howell provided a verbal update with respect to the Advisory Committee on the Environment upcoming Storm Fisher Anaerobic Digester Facility tour to be held on May 11, 2016.

Pollinator Initiative

 

That it BE NOTED that D. Szoller provided a verbal update on various pollinator protection initiatives.

Pollinator Flyer Distribution

 

That it BE NOTED that the pollinator flyer entitled "Pollinator Friendly Gardens" make your garden and London a safe haven for pollinators, was provided to the Advisory Committee on the Environment Members, for distribution.

Letter of Resignation

 

That it BE NOTED that a communication dated April 27, 2016, from B. Schulz, with respect to her resignation from the Advisory Committee on the Environment, was received.
