A by-law to approve and authorize the execution of the current and future Letters of Agreement between Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Ontario, as represented by the Minister of Transportation for the Province of Ontario and the City of London for the transfer of Dedicated Gas Tax Funds for Public Transportation Program. A by-law to approve and authorize the execution of the Transfer Payment Agreement between Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Ontario, as represented by the Minister of Transportation for the Province of Ontario and the City of London for the reimbursement of funds under the Municipal Transit Enhanced Cleaning funding program.
