it BE NOTED That no pecuniary interests were disclosed.

That, on the recommendation of the Managing
Director, Planning & City Planner, the following actions BE TAKEN with respect
to the second draft of The London Plan (June 2015):
a) the second
draft of The London Plan-the Official Plan, dated June 2015, for the City of
London BE RECEIVED and circulated for public review and comment;
b) a Public
Participation Meeting BE SCHEDULED before the end of 2015 to adopt The London
Plan as the Official Plan for the City of London, pending the timing of the
Province’s passing of the Smart Growth for Our Communities Act, 2015 (Bill 73);
and,
c) that the
Civic Administration BE DIRECTED to report back to the Planning and Environment
Committee, prior to the consideration of future revisions of the London Plan,
with respect to the potential impact of revised intensification targets on the
policies contained within the London Plan, including information and a
breakdown of the proposed housing mix of such intensification and the
location(s) of the intensification;
it being pointed out that at the public
participation meeting associated with this matter held on June 22, 2015 and
June 24, 2015, the individuals indicated on the attached public
participation meeting record made oral submissions in connection therewith.
it being further pointed out that the
