(ADDED) Council Orientation

Recommendation: That the City Clerk BE
REQUESTED to make the necessary arrangements to invite representatives of our
First Nations community to attend the December 9, 2014 meeting of Municipal
Council, or a future meeting of Municipal Council, in order to acknowledge
the importance of our First Nations community and to request the
representatives to carry out a smudging ceremony.
