Special meeting held on May 8, 2012, commencing at 5:30 PM, in Committee Room No. 3, Second Floor, London City Hall. 

 

PRESENT:  Mayor J.F. Fontana (Chair), Councillors J.L. Baechler, N. Branscombe, D. Brown and P. Hubert and L. Rowe (Secretary).

2.

It BE NOTED that Councillor D. Brown enquired about parking arrangements for Elected Officials, expressing concern that it is difficult to access a parking space when arriving at City Hall for meetings during hours of peak usage.  The Deputy City Clerk advised of the last actions taken by the Municipal Council with respect to this matter.

The Finance and Administrative Services Committee convened in camera from 5:30 PM to 6:25 PM after having passed a motion to do so, with respect to the following matters:
