Special meeting held on March 27, 2014,
commencing at 3:43 PM, in the Council Chambers, Second Floor, London City
Hall.

Recommendation: That it BE NOTED that
Councillor J.B. Swan disclosed a pecuniary interest in discussions pertaining
to the potential future use of Centennial Hall, by indicating that his
employer, Orchestra London, currently has a leasing arrangement with
Centennial Hall and that his employer is involved in discussions with respect
to the future use of Centennial Hall as a potential performing arts/mixed-use
development.
