Special meeting held on May 8, 2012,
commencing at 5:30 PM, in Committee Room No. 3, Second Floor, London City
Hall.

It BE NOTED that no pecuniary
interests were disclosed.

It BE NOTED that Councillor D. Brown
enquired about parking arrangements for Elected Officials, expressing concern
that it is difficult to access a parking space when arriving at City Hall for
meetings during hours of peak usage. The Deputy City Clerk advised of the
last actions taken by the Municipal Council with respect to this matter.
