    The meeting was called to order at 12:04 PM, with all Members participating, except Councillor M. Cassidy; it being noted that the following Members attended the meeting remotely:  Councillor S. Lehman, A. Hopkins and S. Hillier.


That it BE NOTED that no pecuniary interests were disclosed.

    That, on the recommendation of the Administrator, Dearness Home, and with the concurrence of the Acting Managing Director, Housing, Social Services and Dearness Home, the report entitled "Realigning Resident Accommodation at Dearness Home", dated February 17, 2021, BE RECEIVED for information.

    That, on the recommendation of the Administrator, Dearness Home, and with the concurrence of the Division Manager, Facilities, Finance and Corporate Services, and the Acting Managing Director, Housing, Social Services and Dearness Home, the report entitled "Dearness Home Auditorium Progress Report", dated February 17, 2021, BE RECEIVED for information.

    That the report entitled "2019-2022 Long-Term Care Home Service Accountability Agreement between The Corporation of the City of London (Dearness Home) and the South West Local Health Integration Network (LHIN) Declaration of Compliance 2020" dated February 17, 2021, BE REFERRED to a Special Meeting of the Dearness Home of Management to be held on February 25, 2021 for further consideration; it being noted that the Civic Administration is to provide additional information in response to questions asked by the Dearness Home Committee of Management.
