    The meeting is called to order at 1:00 PM; it being noted that the following were in remote attendance, Councillors S. Hillier, A. Hopkins and S. Lehman. 


That it BE NOTED that no pecuniary interests were disclosed.

    That the Minutes of the 6th Meeting of the Dearness Home Committee of Management, from its meeting held on December 6, 2021, BE RECEIVED.

    That, on the recommendation of the Director, Long Term Care and with the concurrence of the Deputy City Manager, Social and Health Development, the Director’s Report to the Committee of Management for the Period November 1, 2021 to January 15, 2022, related to the Dearness Home BE RECEIVED for information.

    That, on the recommendation of the Deputy City Manager, Social and Health Development the following actions be taken with respect to the Declaration of Compliance 2021:

    a)     the Deputy City Manager, Social and Health Development BE AUTHORIZED to execute the Schedule E - Form of Compliance of Declaration substantially in the form as appended as Schedule 1 to the staff report dated February 22, 2022 entitled "2019-2022 Long-Term Care Home Service Accountability Agreement between the Corporation of the City of London (Dearness Home) and Ontario Health, Declaration of Compliance 2021" under the Long-Term Care Home Service Accountability Agreement for the reporting period of January 1 to December 31, 2021; and

    b)     the Deputy City Manager, Social and Health Development BE DIRECTED to advise the Licensee that the Declaration of Compliance has been made.
