Recommendation:
That it BE NOTED that the London Housing Advisory Committee elected N.
Reeves as its Chair and D. Peckham as its Vice Chair for the term ending
November 30, 2015.

Recommendation:
That it BE NOTED that the committee orientation from J. Martin,
Committee Secretary was received.

Urban
Design and GIS and Downtown Design Manual
|
|
Recommendation:
That it BE NOTED that the London Housing Advisory Committee (LHAC)
received a presentation from B. O’Hagan, Urban Designer, with respect to the
draft Urban Design and GIS and Downtown Design Manuals; it being noted that
the members of LHAC were encouraged to further review these matters, for
additional discussion at a future LHAC meeting.

Report of the London Housing Advisory Committee

Recommendation: That the following
actions be taken with respect to the 2nd Report of the London Housing
Advisory Committee (LHAC) from its meeting held on January 14, 2015:
a)
the Civic
Administration BE REQUESTED to provide updates with respect to the
licensing and policy considerations related to the operation and management
of group homes; and,
b)
the 2nd Report
of the London Housing Advisory Committee BE RECEIVED.

Recommendation:
That it BE NOTED that the Municipal Council resolution from its
meeting held on February 24, 2015 with respect to the 2nd Report of the
London Housing Advisory Committee was received.

Recommendation:
That it BE NOTED that the CMHC Release with respect to February 2015
Housing Starts in London was received.
