  The meeting was called to order at 12:17 PM; it being noted that all Members were in remote attendance.

• That it BE NOTED that the presentation from C. Noel, Crime Prevention and O. Nethersole, London Police Services, with respect to 529 Garage (bicycle registration application), was received.

Community Safety and Well-Being Plan

• That it BE NOTED that the presentation by K. Pawelec, Manager of Neighbourhood and Community Initiatives and T. Fowler, Manager, Neighbourhood Strategic Initiatives and Funding, with respect to the Community Safety and Well-Being Plan, was received.

• That it BE NOTED that the 1st Report of the Community Safety and Crime Prevention Advisory Committee, from its meeting held on February 25, 2021, was received.

• That it BE NOTED that the staff report dated March 30, 2021 entitled "Automated Speed Enforcement - Spring Update", relating to the Automated Speed Enforcement (ASE) program and the associated Municipal Council resolution dated April 13, 2021, with respect to this matter, were received.
