That the Animal Control By-law, PH-3, BE AMENDED by deleting section 3.6 in its entirety; it being noted that section 3.6 provides for exemptions to the by-law related to public parks, zoos, fairs, exhibitions and circuses, and the Animal Welfare Advisory Committee provides the attached information in support of this amendment.
