ALSO PRESENT: Councillor J.P.
Bryant; M. Hayward and S. Houde.

That it BE NOTED that Councillor
Hubert disclosed a pecuniary interest in clause 2 of this Report, which
references Ontario Works Programs, by indicating that he is the Executive
Director of a Social Services Agency that has a service contract with Ontario
Works.

2013 Business Plan
Distribution

Note: the 2013 Business Plan binder is available for viewing in the City
Clerk’s Office, and on the City website.)

Recommendation: That, on the
recommendation of the City Treasurer, Chief Financial Officer, the report
dated June 25, 2012 summarizing the distribution of the 2013 Business Plans, BE
RECEIVED; it being noted that the 2013 Business Plans were distributed at
the meeting.
