• That it BE NOTED that the 7th Report of the Cycling Advisory Committee, from its meeting held on August 18, 2021, was received.

Notice of Study Restart - Western Road and Sarnia Road/Philip Aziz Avenue Improvements - Municipal Class Environmental Assessment

• That it BE NOTED that the Notice of Study Restart dated August 16, 2021, from K. Grabowski, Project Manager, City of London and J. Pucchio, Project Manager, AECOM Canada Ltd., related to the Western Road and Sarnia Road/Philip Aziz Avenue Improvements - Municipal Class Environmental Assessment, was received.

• That it BE NOTED that the Public Meeting Notice dated September 1, 2021, from C. Parker, Senior Planner, related to a Zoning By-law Amendment for the property at 755-785 Wonderland Road South (Wonderland Mall), was received.

• That it BE NOTED that the Notice of Planning Application dated September 2, 2021, from G. Bailey, Senior Planner, related to a Zoning By-law Amendment for the property at 150 King Edward Avenue, was received.

Sub-Committees and Working Groups

3.1

(ADDED) Sub-Committee Report - Dundas Place Traffic Diversion Feedback

• That the following actions be taken with respect to the Sub-Committee Report - Dundas Place Traffic Diversion Feedback:

  a)       J. Roberts BE REQUESTED to prepare a report to compile the comments of the Cycling Advisory Committee (CAC) related to the Dundas Place Traffic Diversion; and,

  b)       J. Roberts BE REQUESTED to submit the report, on behalf of the CAC, to Civic Administration for their consideration.
