Recommendation:
That it BE NOTED that no pecuniary interests were disclosed.

Recommendation: That it BE NOTED
that the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) Integrated
Accessibility Standards orientation was received.

Recommendation: That it BE NOTED that
the London Housing Advisory Committee received a presentation from S. Giustizia,
Manager, Housing, with respect to the City of London Housing Division plans
and services.

Recommendation: That
it BE NOTED that the 3rd Report of the London Housing Advisory
Committee from its meeting held on April 7, 2015, was received.

Recommendation: That
discussion with respect to the Housing Mediation Service Annual Report BE
DEFERRED to the next meeting; it being noted that the Housing Mediation
Service Annual Report for the period September 1, 2013 to August 31, 2014,
was received and is available for review in the City Clerk’s office.

Recommendation:
That it BE NOTED that the LSTAR® news releases dated April 22, 2015, April
2, 2015, and May 3, 2015, were received.

Recommendation:
That it BE NOTED that the CMHC Release, dated April 10, 2015, with
respect to March 2015 Housing Starts in London was received.

Notice for Zoning By-law Amendment
Application

Recommendation: That it BE NOTED
that the Notice dated April 29, 2015, from M. Corby, Planner, with respect to
an application submitted by East Village Investment Ltd. (Medallion
Corporation), relating to the properties located at 696, 698, 690 and 700
King Street, 372 Lyle Street and 701 and 729 Dundas Street, was received.

Recommendation: That it BE NOTED
that the Notice dated May 6, 2015, from B. Turcotte, Senior Planner, with
respect to an application submitted by P. Karasy, relating to the property
located at 356 Dundas Street, was received.

Recommendation: That it BE NOTED
the London Housing Advisory Committee (LHAC) received a verbal update from L.
Stevens, Director, Municipal Housing, and a communication from the Minister
of Municipal Affairs and Housing with respect to the Provincial Long-Term
Affordable Housing Strategy Update; it being noted that the LHAC are
encouraged to submit comments to N. Reeves with respect to a proposed
submission, for review at the next meeting of the LHAC.

that the London Housing Advisory Committee supports the Urban Design and GIS
and Downtown Design Manual as presented.
