That it BE NOTED that no pecuniary
interests were disclosed.

That it BE NOTED that the 4th Report of the
London Housing Advisory Committee, from its meeting held on April 12, 2017,
was received.

That it BE NOTED that the LSTAR® New
Release dated May 2, 2017, was received; it being noted that the London
Housing Advisory Committee held a general discussion with respect to the
housing market.

That it BE NOTED
that the London Housing Advisory Committee referred the 2016 London Housing
Advisory Committee Work Plan Summary to a working group for update and report
back at the next meeting; it being noted that the LHAC held a general
discussion with respect to this matter.

That it BE NOTED
that the London Housing Advisory Committee referred the 2017 London Housing
Advisory Committee Work Plan to a working group for update and report back at
the next meeting; it being noted that the LHAC held a general discussion with
respect to this matter.

That it BE NOTED that the Housing Mediation
Service Annual Report for the period September 1, 2015 to August 31, 2016,
was received and is available for review in the City Clerk’s office.

That it BE NOTED that the London Housing
Advisory Committee (LHAC) supports the Secondary Dwelling Unit Policies as
modified by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs; it being noted that the LHAC received
the attached presentation from G. Barrett, Manager, Long Range
Planning and Research and L. Maitland, Planner, with respect to this matter.
