A by-law to amend By-law No. A.-6955-156 being “A By-law with respect to a standard form Purchase of Service Agreement for the City of London Homelessness Initiatives” by deleting references to the position “Managing Director, Neighbourhood, Children & Fire Services” and by replacing it with the position “Managing Director, Housing, Social Services and Dearness Home” to reflect a change in the Service Area responsibility for Homelessness Initiatives. A by-law to approve the Transfer Payment Agreement for the Canada-Ontario Community Housing Initiative (CHOCI) and the Ontario Priorities Housing Initiative (OPHI) with the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing; to authorize the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute the agreement; to authorize the Managing Director, Housing, Social Services and Dearness Home to execute the Canada-Ontario Community Housing Initiative (CHOCI) and the Ontario Priorities Housing Initiative (OPHI) Housing Provider Contribution Agreement and to authorize the Managing Director, Housing, Social Services and Dearness Home, or designate, to execute the Investment Plan and any other document and report in furtherance of this Agreement. A by-law to authorize a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between The Corporation of the City of London and Canadian Pacific Railway Company (CPR) for the project responsibilities of the Adelaide St North Grade Separation at CPR project; and to authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the MoU. A by-law to amend By-law A-50, as amended, being “A by-law to provide for the Rules of Order and Procedure for the Council of The Corporation of the City of London” to clarify that Members of Council who are not a member of a standing committee may participate in the debate with respect to a matter before the standing committee; and to amend the meeting times of standing committees to reflect the annual meeting calendar.
