6th Report of the Cycling Advisory Committee

 

That it BE NOTED that the 6th Report of the Cycling Advisory Committee, from its meeting held May 17, 2017, was received.

Notice of Project Commencement - Wonderland Road Improvements Class EA Study

 

That it BE NOTED that the Notice from T. Koza, Transportation Design Engineer, with respect to the Wonderland Road Improvements Class EA Study, was received.

 

4.

Construction Notice - Kiwanis Park Pathway Connection

 

That it BE NOTED that the Notice dated June 9, 2017, from A. Spahiu, Transportation Design Engineer, with respect to the Kiwanis Park Pathway Connection, was received.

City of London Complete Streets Design Manual Project Update - J. Jordan

 

That the Civic Administration BE REQUESTED to provide a presentation to the Cycling Advisory Committee with respect to the draft City of London Complete Streets Design Manual; it being noted that a verbal update from J. Jordan, with respect to this matter, was received.

 

7.

Canada 150 London Bicycle Tour Update  - W. Pol

 

That it BE NOTED that a verbal update from W. Pol, with respect to the Canada 150 Bicycle Tour, was received; it being noted that the Cycling Advisory Committee was advised that final plans are in place for the event, registration targets are close to being met and members are encouraged to volunteer.

(ADDED) Municipal Council Resolution - 6th Report of the Transportation Advisory Committee

 

That it BE NOTED that the Municipal Council resolution adopted at its meeting held June 13, 2017 with respect to the 6th Report of the Transportation Advisory Committee, was received; it being noted that the Cycling Advisory Committee (CAC) Sub-committee will also undertake a review of the CAC Terms of Reference, and will provide comments to the Civic Administration with respect to this matter.

(ADDED) Blackfriars Bridge Construction Public Information Centre Update - J. Jordan

 

That it BE NOTED that a verbal update from J. Jordan, with respect to the Blackfriars Bridge Construction Public Information Centre, was received.

(ADDED) Bostwick EA Public Information Centre Update - J. Jordan

 

That it BE NOTED that a verbal update from J. Jordan, with respect to the Bostwick EA Public Information Centre, was received.

(ADDED) Bikes vs Cars

 

That it BE NOTED that the Cycling Advisory Committee approved H. Ketelaars to represent the Cycling Advisory Committee at the “Bikes vs Cars” event June 21, 2107 as part of London Celebrates Cycling.
