meeting held on November

it BE NOTED that no pecuniary interests were disclosed.

That it BE NOTED that the 5th Report
of the Transportation Advisory Committee from its meeting held on October 6,
2015, was received.
|

That it BE NOTED that a
communication dated October 9, 2015, from K. Gonyou, Heritage Planner, with
respect to a Community Information Meeting to be held on November 4, 2015, with
respect to the St. George-Grosvenor Heritage Conservation District Study, was
received.

That it BE NOTED that a Notice dated
October 6, 2015, from L. Mottram, Senior Planner, with respect to an
application submitted by Sifton Properties Limited relating to the properties
located at 2404 to 2502 Seven Oaks Ridge, 2786 to 2824 Sheffield Place and
2342 to 2386 Leeds Crossing, was received.

That it BE NOTED that the attached
communication dated October 22, 2015, from H. Ketelaars, Cycling Advisory
Committee (CAC), with respect to an update from the CAC Sub-committee, was
received.

That the following actions be taken with
respect to the Transportation Advisory Committee (TAC) 2016 Work Plan:
a)
it
BE NOTED that the TAC held a general discussion with respect to a 2016
Work Plan; it being noted that a high level list will be compiled and
submitted at its December meeting; and,
b)
it
BE NOTED that the Municipal Council resolution adopted at its session
held on June 10, 2015, with respect to amendments to the Terms of Reference
for advisory committees, to require advisory committees to submit an annual
work plan, was received.
