meeting held on February 4, 2016, commencing at 5:04 PM, in Committee Room #3, Second Floor, London City Hall.

That it BE NOTED that the 2nd Report of the Animal Welfare Advisory Committee, from its meeting held on January 7, 2016, was received.

Municipal Council - 1st Report of the Animal Welfare Advisory Committee

 

That it BE NOTED that the Municipal Council resolution, from its meeting held on January 4, 2016, with respect to the 1st Report of the Animal Welfare Advisory Committee, was received.

Municipal Council - 2nd Report of the Animal Welfare Advisory Committee

 

That it BE NOTED that the Municipal Council resolution, from its meeting held on January 26, 2016, with respect to the 2nd Report of the Animal Welfare Advisory Committee, was received;

Wild-life Sub-Committee

 

That the presentation from Coyote Watch Canada BE ARRANGED for April 14, 2016, from 7:00 to 10:00 pm at North London Optimist Community Centre; it being noted that the Animal Welfare Advisory Committee (AWAC) received a verbal update from W. Brown, on behalf of the AWAC Wildlife Sub-Committee.

ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION

2016 Animal Welfare Advisory Committee Work Plan

 

That the Animal Welfare Advisory Committee (AWAC) BE ADVISED of the specific additional information required with respect to the 2016 Work Plan; it being noted Municipal Council referred the matter back to the AWAC..

 

8.

Municipal Council - Draft 2016-2019 Multi-Year Budget

 

That the attached comments with respect to the 2016-2019 Multi Year Budget BE FORWARDED to the Municipal Council for consideration.

 

9.

Update on Tethering and Chaining By-law

 

That Civic Administration BE REQUESTED to consider the attached proposed by-law in their review for a chaining/tethering and penning by-law; it being noted that the AWAC received a delegation from V. VanLinden with respect to this matter.
