Meeting held on June 15, 2016, commencing at 7:01 PM, in Committee Room #1, Second Floor, London City Hall.

That it BE NOTED that the 5th and 6th Reports of the Advisory Committee on the Environment from its meetings held on April 6 and May 4, 2016, respectively, were received.

That it BE NOTED that the Municipal Council resolution adopted at its session held April 5, 2016, with respect to the 3rd Report of the Agricultural Advisory Committee, was received.

13.      Urban Agricultural Symposium Update

 

That it BE NOTED that a verbal update from S. Franke, with respect to the proposed Urban Agricultural Symposium, was received.

 

14.      Middlesex London Community Food Assessment

 

That it BE NOTED that the Middlesex London Community Food Assessment Terms of Reference 2016 and its minutes from the Food Policy Council Forum held on May 5, 2016, were received for information.

 

15.      Urban Agriculture - London Youth Advisory Council

 

That it BE NOTED that the Agricultural Advisory Committee heard a verbal delegation and received a communication from E. Blue, Director of Advocacy Support, London Youth Advisory Council, with respect to Urban Agriculture - London Youth Advisory Council.

 

16.      2016 Work Plan

 

That it BE NOTED that the Agricultural Advisory Committee reviewed and updated its 2016 Work Plan.
