it BE NOTED that no pecuniary interests were disclosed.

Recommendation: That, on the
recommendation of the City Solicitor, with the concurrence of the Manager of
Licensing and Municipal Law Enforcement Services, the attached
proposed by-law (Appendix 1) BE INTRODUCED at the Municipal Council
meeting on May 22, 2012; it being noted the enactment of the by-law becomes
an operational matter under the jurisdiction of the London Police Service.

Recommendation: That the 1st Report of the
Town and Gown Committee, from its meeting held on April 17, 2012, BE
RECEIVED.
