The City of London is situated on the traditional lands of the Anishinaabek (AUh-nish-in-ah-bek), Haudenosaunee (Ho-den-no-show-nee), Lūnaapéewak (Len-ah-pay-wuk) and Attawandaron (Add-a-won-da-run).
We honour and respect the history, languages and culture of the diverse Indigenous people who call this territory home. The City of London is currently home to many First Nations, Métis and Inuit today.
As representatives of the people of the City of London, we are grateful to have the opportunity to work and live in this territory.

    ABSENT: J. Gard, A. Johnson and S. Singh Dohil 

    ALSO PRESENT: L. Dent, K. Gonyou, M. Greguol and K. Mitchener   

    The meeting was called to order at 5:30 PM; it being noted that M. Ambrogio, M. Bloxam, I. Connidis, M. Wallace and M. Wotjak were in remote attendance.

     

M. Wallace discloses a pecuniary interest in clause 3.2 of the 1st Report of the Community Advisory Committee on Planning, having to do with the Notice of Revised Planning Application and Notice of Planning Application - Draft Plan of Subdivision - 1511 Clarke Road, by indicating that Sifton Properties Limited is one of his employers.

  • That S. Jory BE ELECTED as Vice Chair for the term ending March 31, 2025.

  • That it BE NOTED that the 11th Report of the Community Advisory Committee on Planning, from the meeting held on November 13, 2024, was received.

  • That it BE NOTED that the Notice of Planning Application, dated November 28, 2024, from A. Curtis, Planner, and the Cultural Heritage Evaluation Report/Heritage Impact Assessment, dated September 2024, from Sifton Properties Limited, with respect to a Draft Plan of Subdivision for the property located at 1511 Clarke Road, were received.

  • That it BE NOTED that the Stewardship Sub-Committee Report, from the meeting held on November 24, 2024, was received.

  • That it BE NOTED that the Community Advisory Committee on Planning (CACP) reviewed a staff report, dated December 11, 2024, with respect to a Demolition Request for the Heritage Listed Property located at 1361 Wilton Grove Road, and the CACP supports the staff recommendation.

  • That it BE NOTED that the Heritage Planners' Report, dated December 11, 2024, was received.

  • That it BE NOTED that a verbal update from J.M. Metrailler, with respect to the Listed Properties Work Plan, was received.
