That it BE NOTED that the Trees and Forests Advisory Committee (TFAC) deferred consideration of the Community Energy Action Plan to the June meeting of the TFAC; it being noted that the TFAC members were encouraged to review and prepare feedback for consideration at the June TFAC meeting; it being further noted that the TFAC received a communication from J. Stanford, Director, Environment, Fleet and Solid Waste, with respect to this matter.

Stakeholder Workshop Invitation - City of London - Complete Streets Design Manual

That it BE NOTED that the Trees and Forests Advisory Committee (TFAC) appointed C.Linton as the TFAC representative to participate in the City of London Complete Streets Design Manual Project Stakeholder Workshop being held June 2, 2017; it being noted that the TFAC received a communication dated May 15, 2017, from M. Morris, Engineer-In-Training, with respect to this matter.

That it BE NOTED that discussion with respect to a submission regarding plastic sleeves on trees was deferred to the June meeting of the Trees and Forests Advisory Committee.

Planting Under or Around Powerlines or Electrical Equipment

That it BE NOTED that a verbal presentation and a communication from A. Van Damme, London Hydro, with respect to planting under or around power lines and electrical equipment was received; it being noted the Trees and Forests Advisory Committee (TFAC) members were encouraged to review and prepare comments for feedback at a future meeting of the TFAC.
