• That it BE NOTED that the 9th Report of the Animal Welfare Advisory Committee, from its meeting held on September 6, 2018, was received.

Skunk Population in the City

• That the attached letter BE FORWARDED to Councillor V. Ridley, with respect to the Skunk Population in the City.

Tree Trimming Protocol

• That it BE NOTED that the Animal Welfare Advisory Committee heard a verbal update from W. Brown, with respect to the Tree Trimming Protocol.

4.3

Savannah/Serval Cats Bred for Domestic Ownership

• That it BE NOTED that the Animal Welfare Advisory Committee held a general discussion, with respect to Savannah/Serval Cats Bred for Domestic Ownership; it being noted that the committee does not support these types of cats, and considers them as exotic animals.

(ADDED) Potential By-Law Regulations and Amendments to Zoning By-law-Feeding of Wildlife on Private Property

• That it BE NOTED that the Animal Welfare Advisory Committee heard a verbal update from W. Brown, with respect to the Potential By-law Regulations and Amendments to Zoning By-law regarding the feeding of wildlife on private property.
