general overview of the past projects of the Environmental and Ecological
Planning Advisory Committee from S. Levin; and,

Medway Valley Heritage Forest ESA Natural
Heritage Inventory and Evaluation – January 2015
|
That, the following
actions be taken with respect to the comments from the Medway Valley
Heritage Forest ESA Natural Heritage Inventory and Evaluation Working
Group, with respect to the Medway Valley Heritage Forest ESA Natural Heritage
Inventory and Evaluation:
a)
the
Civic Administration BE REQUESTED to provide the previous presentation
on this matter at the April 16, 2015 EEPAC meeting; it being noted that the
EEPAC will have a representative on the Local Advisory Committee (LAC) when
established; and,
b)
consideration
of the Medway Valley Heritage Forest ESA Natural Heritage Inventory and
Evaluation Working Group comments BE POSTPONED to the April 16,
2015 Environmental and Ecological Planning Advisory Committee (EEPAC); it
being further noted that the attached update on Habitat Protection,
Restoration and Stewardship was provided at the meeting.

representative to the Advisory Committee on the Environment for the term
ending February 28, 2019.

Draft Terms of Reference for Sifton Bog
Terrestrial Study
|
That a Working
Group consisting of J. Odanga Edubagwa, C. Kushnir and A. Martinz-Iglesias BE
ESTABLISHED, with respect to the draft Terms of Reference for the Sifton
Bog Terrestrial Study; it being noted that the Environmental and Ecological
Planning Advisory Committee received the attached “Draft” Sifton Bog
Terrestrial Study Terms of Reference and heard a verbal presentation by J.
MacKay, Ecologist, related to this matter.

That it BE NOTED
that the Environmental and Ecological Planning Advisory Committee held a general
discussion with respect to bicycle use in Environmentally Significant Areas.

London ON Bikes: City of London Cycling
Master Plan
|
That D. Hiscott, L.
Des Marteaux and S. Levin BE DESIGNATED to participate in stakeholder
consultation, on behalf of the Environmental and Ecological Planning Advisory
Committee with respect to the Technical Advisory Committee of the London ON
Bikes: City of London Cycling Master Plan; it being noted that the
Environmental and Ecological Planning Advisory Committee reviewed and
received the following communications with respect to this matter:

a
Notice of Study Commencement for the London ON Bikes: City of London Cycling
Master Plan dated March 12 2015, from D. McLaughlin, MMM Group Ltd.; and,
·
a
communication dated March 18, 2015, from D. McLaughlin, MMM Group Ltd.
