A matter pertaining to reports, advice and recommendations of officers and employees of the Corporation concerning labour relations and employee negotiations in regard to one of the Corporation’s unions and advice which is subject to solicitor-client privilege and communications necessary for that purpose and for the purpose of providing directions to officers and employees of the Corporation. A by-law to confirm the proceedings of the Council Meeting held on the 10th day of December, 2019. (City Clerk)

A by-law to amend By-law No. A.-7657-4, being “A by-law to repeal By-law No. A.-7495-21 and to adopt an Emergency Management Program and Plan.” in order to repeal and replace Schedule “A” to the by-law. (2.4/1/CPSC)

A by-law to approve a Neighbourhood, Children and Fire Services Funding Agreement Template; and to authorize the Managing Director, Neighbourhood, Children and Fire Services, or in their absence the Manager IV Neighbourhood, Children and Fire Services, to approve and execute agreements using the Neighbourhood, Children and Fire Services Agreement Template. A by-law to authorize and approve an Agreement between The Corporation of the City of London (the “City”) and Huff N’ Puff Seniors Fitness Association of London, Ontario (“Huff N’Puff”) regarding priority booking and reduced rates at certain City Facilities for seniors’ programming, and to authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Agreement.
