it BE NOTED that no pecuniary interests were disclosed.

that the 4th Report of the London Housing Advisory Committee from its meeting
held on May 13, 2015, was received.

That it BE NOTED that the Notice dated May
21, 2015, from H. McNeely, Planner, with respect to the Second Draft of the
London Plan, and the Notice dated May 6, 2015, from B. Turcotte, Senior
Planner, with respect to an application submitted by P. Karasy, relating to
the property located at 356 Dundas Street, were received.

it BE NOTED that the LSTAR® news releases dated June 1, 2015, July 1, 2014, August
4, 2015 and September 1, 2015, were received.

That the
communication dated August 5, 2015, from the City Clerk, with respect to the
2016 Mayor’s New Year’s Honour List BE RECEIVED; it being noted that the
members of the London Housing Advisory Committee are encouraged to submit
nominations to its Committee Secretary by October 1, 2015.

That it BE NOTED
that the staff report dated May 20, 2015, from the Managing Director,
Housing, Social Services and Dearness Home, with respect to an update on
responses to unsafe housing conditions of vulnerable persons was received; it
being noted that the London Housing Advisory Committee received a verbal
update from S. Giustizia, Manager, Housing, with respect to this matter.

that a verbal update from N. Reeves, with respect to the community response
and action plan regarding safe housing conditions for vulnerable persons, was
received.

That it BE NOTED
that a verbal update from S. Giustizia, Manager, Housing, with respect to the
Investment in Affordable Housing (IAH) Program (2014 Extension), was received.

That it BE NOTED
that a verbal update from G. Matthews with respect to the 2014 Housing
Mediation Service Annual Report, was received; it being noted that the 2014
Annual Report is available for viewing in the City Clerk’s Office.
