A matter pertaining to litigation or potential litigation with respect to an appeal by the Corporation to the Environmental Review Tribunal arising out of certain conditions of Amended Environmental Compliance Approval for Greenway Wastewater Treatment Plant; and advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose with respect to an appeal by the Corporation to the Environmental Review Tribunal arising out of certain conditions of Amended Environmental Compliance Approval for Greenway Wastewater Treatment Plant.
