That Council rise and go into Committee of the Whole, in camera, for the purpose of considering the following:

 

a)

A matter pertaining to personal matters, including information regarding an identifiable individual, including a municipal employee, with respect to employment related matters, advice or recommendations of officers and employees of the Corporation including communications necessary for that purpose and for the purpose of providing instructions and directions to officers and employees of the Corporation. b)

A matter pertaining to litigation currently in the Ontario Court of Justice for the Province of Ontario effecting the municipality; and advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose. (C-1/14/CSC)

 

c)

A matter pertaining to potential litigation and advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose, and for the purpose of providing instructions and directions to officers and employees of the Corporation with respect to a potential arbitration concerning the apportionment of costs for social housing, Ontario Works, Child Care and Land Ambulance between Middlesex County and the City of London. d)

A matter Pertaining to advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege including communications necessary for that purpose and litigation currently before the Superior Court of Justice, affecting the Municipality (C-1/10/CWC)
