Western University’s Research Park Progress Update and Future Plans

 

Recommendation:  That the attached presentation from P. Paolatto, Executive Director, WORLDiscoveries and Western Research Parks, with respect to progress and future plans for the Discovery Park in North London and the new Advanced Manufacturing Park near Highway 401, BE SUPPORTED IN PRINCIPLE and BE REFERRED to the Civic Administration for review and specific recommendations related to the Western University Research Park’s (non-financial) requests to be considered at a special Investment and Economic Prosperity Committee (IEPC) meeting, in advance of the Municipal Council Meeting of October 1, 2013.
