That it BE NOTED that no pecuniary
interests were disclosed.

That it BE NOTED that the 6th Report of the
Environmental and Ecological Planning Advisory Committee from tis meeting
held on June 22, 2017, was received.

That it BE NOTED that the Notice of Study
Commencement from A. Spahiu, Transportation Design Engineer, The Corporation
of the City of London and I. Bartlett, Project Manager, Stantec Consulting
Ltd., with respect to the Clarke Road Widening from the Veterans Memorial
Parkway extension to Fanshawe Park Road East project, was received.

That it BE NOTED that the Notice dated June
28, 2017 from M. Campbell, Planner II, with respect to the application by The
Corporation of the City of London, relating to the property located at 2426
Wickerson Road, was received; it being noted that the Environmental and
Ecological Planning Advisory Committee heard a verbal presentation from M.
Campbell, with respect to this matter; it being further noted that the EEPAC
will receive further information on this application at a future meeting.

That consideration of the 2017
Environmental and Ecological Planning Advisory Committee Work Plan BE POSTED
to the next meeting.

That it BE NOTED that the Environmental and
Ecological Planning Advisory Committee heard a verbal presentation from J.
MacKay, Ecologist, with respect to London's Invasive Plant Management
Strategy.
|
That it BE NOTED that the verbal
presentation from R. Trudeau, with respect to the matter of wetland
relocation, was received; it being noted that the Environmental and
Ecological Planning Advisory Committee deferred discussion with respect to
the matter to the September, 2017 meeting.
|
That it BE NOTED that the Environmental and
Ecological Planning Advisory Committee Members BE ENCOURAGED to complete the
Dingman Creek site walk survey; it being noted that the added communication
with respect to this matter was received.
|
That it BE NOTED that the communication
dated July 14, 2017 from A. Caveney, Member, Nature London's Conservation
Action Committee, with respect to the Conservation Master Plan updates for
the Meadowlily Woods Environmentally Significant Area, was received; it being
noted that the Environmental and Ecological Planning Advisory Committee heard
a verbal update from Mr. J. MacKay, Ecologist, with respect to this matter.

That it BE NOTED that consideration of the attached,
revised, Thames Village Working Group comments was deferred to the next
Environmental and Ecological Planning Advisory Committee.

That it BE NOTED that the communication
dated July 11, 2017, from C. Creighton, Land Use Planner, Upper Thames River
Conservation Authority, with respect to the application for draft plan of
subdivision and Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments, by Thames Village
Joint Venture Corp., relating to the properties located at 1738, 1742, 1752
and 1756 Hamilton Road, was received.

That the attached Working Group
comments, related to the Boler Status Land Report, BE FORWARDED to the Civic
Administration for consideration.

That it BE NOTED that the comments dated
January 11, 2012, from B. Tegler and S. Mainguy, North-South Environmental
Inc., in response to the Environmental and Ecological Planning Advisory
Committee comments on the draft Boler Mountain and adjacent lands Subject
Lands Status Report from December, 2012, were received.

That the Environmental and Ecological
Planning Advisory Committee Members BE ENCOURAGED to provide comments on
London's Invasive Plant Strategy directly to J. MacKay, Ecologist; it being
noted that London's Invasive Plant Strategy will be considered by the
Planning and Environment Committee, at the meeting to be held on August 28,
2017.

That it BE NOTED that the communication dated
July 17, 2017, from Environmental and Parks Planning with respect to the City
responses to the Environmental and Ecological Planning Advisory Committee's
comments on the draft London Invasive Plant Management Strategy, November,
2016, was received.

That it BE NOTED that the Notice of Study
Commencement from T. Koza, Project Manager, The Corporation of the City of
London, J. Ackworth, Technologist II, The Corporation of the City of London,
J. Johnson, Project Manager, Dillon Consulting Limited and S. Stanlake-Wong,
Project Planner, Dillon Consulting Limited, with respect to the Wonderland
Road improvements, from Sarnia Road to Southdale Road Municipal Class
Environmental Assessment, was received

(ADDED) London Cats and Birds Pamphlet
|
That it BE NOTED that C. Kushnir, S. Hall
and S. Peirce will attend the August 3, 2017 Animal Welfare Advisory
Committee (AWAC) meeting to present the draft “London Cats and Birds”
pamphlet for the consideration and comment of the AWAC.
