A personal matter pertaining to litigation or potential litigation with respect to appeals to the Ontario Municipal Board, continued as the Land Use Planning Appeals Tribunal, arising out of the London Plan; and advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose and for the purpose of providing instructions and directions to external legal counsel, officers and employees of the Corporation with respect to appeals to the Ontario Municipal Board, continued as the Land Use Planning Appeals Tribunal, arising out of the London Plan. A by-law to approve the funding letter dated January 7th, 2019 with respect to the 2018-2019 Multi­ Sector Service Accountability Agreement with the South West Local Health Integration Network, for funding for the Adult Day Program; and to authorize the Managing Director – Housing, Social Services and Dearness Home to execute the letter.
