That it BE NOTED that no pecuniary interests were disclosed. 

  • Pursuant to section 12.13 of the Council Procedure By-law, Councillor P. Van Meerbergen calls for a recorded vote on the motion to appoint a Deputy Mayor.

    That on the recommendation of the Mayor, the appointment of Councillor Jesse Helmer as Deputy Mayor for the City of London, for a term commencing on December 3, 2018 and ending on November 30, 2020 to carry out such responsibilities as set out and as provided for in the Council Policy “Appointment of Deputy Mayor Policy” and the Council Procedure By-law BE APPROVED.
