A by-law to approve the Long-Term Care Home Service Accountability Agreement with the South West LHIN, and to authorize the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute the agreement. (2.4/4/CPSC)

A by-law to approve the 2019-2022 Multi­ Sector Service Accountability Agreement between The Corporation of the City of London and the South West Local Health Integration Network, for funding for the Adult Day Program; and to authorize the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute such agreement. A by-law to approve the Purchase of Service Agreement between London Arts Council and The Corporation of the City of London; and to authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement. (2.6/4/CPSC)
