Special meeting held on December 13, 2016, commencing at 11:01 AM, in the Council Chambers, Second Floor, London City Hall.

The Corporate Services Committee convened in camera from 11:01 AM to 12:00 PM after having passed a motion to do so, with respect to the following matters:
