That it BE NOTED that no pecuniary
interests were disclosed.

Recommendation: That the matter of a
City-wide food truck pilot program BE REFERRED back to the Civic
Administration for further refinements to the proposed by-law including, but
not limited to, additional considerations such as menu revisions and/or evaluation
criteria, proponent selection parameters, a more creative proposal solicitation,
locations, etc., in order to ensure the program will be successful.
